Refreshingly different.
Barks & Splendour is a lifestyle -first brand for dog owners, enhancing both the lives of dogs and owners through our signature puppy and recall programme, through to the dog owners lifestyle club.
It is all about supporting dog owners like you with building a genuine partnership together, supporting both you and your dog in enjoying the everyday moments that actually matter, the walks, the adventures, the quiet times, having fun together because what really matters in life is making lots of cherished memories to keep forever.
Through Rebarkable Recall Programme, Puppy Bloom Puppy Raising and Training Club and Barks & Splendour Club Membership – we help you create the kind of life together that most people hope for when they first get a dog. In an industry that can feel confusing and overwhelming, we offer a clearer, more thoughtful way of doing things.
Lifestyle First
Having a dog isn’t mainly about training. It’s about the walks, the days out, the cuddles, the quiet evenings, and the memories you make together.
That’s why the focus is on a lifestyle approach first, with a reliable Recall being an essential part of a dog’s life, and with supporting puppy owners with the things that really matter – as the priority.

Here’s what our Clients Say About Barks & Splendour
Recall training Review
Claire was extremely helpful with our dog Molly. We had problems with recall and with Claire’s help before and during lockdown we now have a very well behaved pooch who walks beautifully off lead and comes back when called. Some great tips and tricks to help, thank you Claire. David Barlow
Recall Training Review
So we did the pupply class and learnt all the nice things like sit, give paw and roll over but what we didnt learn was how to recall. After meeting up for friends for lunch we spent 45 minutes trying to get our boy back on lead which he thought was great fun but wasnt for us. Fast forward to meeting Claire we now have a dog whose recall is great. Claire is really passionate about her job and makes it fun for both the dog and owner alike and you forget you are learning as it’s so much fun.
Recall Review
So grateful for Claire’s support with helping my 11 month old bedlington with his recall. Just in a few days I saw results. I’d tried other professional services and didn’t feel I was getting anywhere. Thnaks you Claire for your time and kind approach with all the reinforcement myself and Otis needed. Wo look forward to working more with you in the future x Gemma Gibson
Puppy Training Review
Brilliant! Enzo has learnt so much in a short week of help from Claire! He’s only a pup but getting the hang of stuff very speedily!!😁 thank you so much 👏🎉
Puppy Programme Review
We have recently taken part in one of Claire’s puppy training programmes and we loved every second of it! We have 2 miniature pinscher puppies and they can be very difficult and stubborn but Claire’s kind, knowledgable approach had them achieving everything we tried. Claire was supportive throughout the training period and We cannot wait to join her scent class in September with our teenagers! I have recommended lots of my clients to Claire knowing she will be the best help for them too. Thanks Claire see you again. Percy and Penny xx
